The project comprised of the fit out of a developer’s shell, which was completed earlier in 2024. The existing warehouse;
roughly 1000sqft, was split over 2 floors and had an existing mezzanine. The works included the installation of a
production area and associated racking, canteen, changing space and offices. In addition, minor external works were
also carried out including a new Sprinkler Tank was constructed with associated Foundations.
