The construction a new storage facility for Wagg foods Ltd in North Yorkshire. Works consist of construction of a
102,000sq/ft warehousing uniting complete with 11,000sq/ft of offices to act as their HQ building. The unit constructed
of steel frame with cladding to the roof and walls along with low level masonry. The warehouse fit out included lighting
and heating prior to the racking installation by the client. Complete office fit out on two floors with the third level being
left prepared for future expansion and to include changing room facilities.
