The project consisted of the design and construction of new silo bases, an extension to the existing process corridor, a
new extension and a reconfiguration of the existing warehouse area to provide a new double height process and
production area, a first floor plant room completed with associated new/modified fit out. The completed works located
in the existing factory service yard and warehouse building – adjacent to the existing live diary and access road. Internal
hygienic food safe white wall panels sat in concrete filled stainless steel kerbs, resin flooring to match existing, hygienic
food safe suspended ceiling tiles. External drainage works included foul and surface water drainage diversions and
amendments, extensions to the existing trade effluent drainage/outlets.
