The works comprised the reconfiguration, sub-division and refurbishment of the areas to form 8 no. new restaurants/bar
units, gymnasium and an additional leisure unit including Cinema. Including the reconstruction of the front elevation of
the property and extensive adaptation and upgrading to the external works construction/public realm to the front of the
building, in accordance with the planning permissions which were procured and the respective tenant specification
agreements which were documented in respect of each of the demised unit areas. The existing cinema complex was
fully re-cladded including a new feature soffit ceiling entrance area. Various finished polyester powder coated
aluminium and timber cladding materials were used to create the finishes to a high standard on the complex. The whole
building was re-decorated and provision of services was installed in each subdivided unit.
