Works to the Brunel Shopping Centre required new glazing to be installed to both sides of the existing Link Bridge and a
new escalator installation in the main High Street. Internally a significant upgrade to the Mall walkways was undertaken,
including new floor tiling, lighting and triangular rooflight glazing replacement. A new heating and cooling system was
installed also. Upgrades to WC’s and services to the various retail units including gas, electric, water drainage and
telecoms were also undertaken.
