The project comprised the construction of a four storey extension to an existing nursing home to provide 23no self
contained apartments. The works included new staff facilities, laundry and training room, offices, dining areas, plant
areas, treatment room and hair salon along with forming an altered kitchen, bedrooms/bathrooms and stores. All the
works were inclusive of internal finishes, fittings and fixtures along with mechanical and electrical services. The external
works comprised new drainage works, paving’s, landscaping and servicing parking along with alterations to the existing
car park.
