The project consisted of the refurbishment of an existing office building comprising of new mechanical and electrical
services throughout all 4 floors and new suspended ceilings, including the construction of a new entrance screen and
reconfiguration of the central core including new lifts, toilets and access to the roof space plant room. Minor alterations
carried out to the external windows and door openings with a full façade clean, repaint to cladding and windows and new
substations and cleaning to external areas and make good to the elements within the car park.
