The project consisted of the design and refurbishment of an existing office building to provide 67no Luxury apartments,
gymnasium, ground floor meeting rooms all complete with all external areas to provide a high quality mixed use
development inclusive of all external works and site drainage. The works included the full strip out of existing office
building back to shell and the full refurbishment. An additional storey was added to the building to create additional
living and outside space as well as a new courtyard area formed within the building to create a recreational space for the
owners.
