The project consisted of 3 new build units and refurbishment to the existing Hollywood Bowl unit including associated
external works and car parks. A section of the Hollywood Bowl unit was split and new build retail units constructed
within the existing footprint of the unit. Partial demolitions and reconfiguration works were required within the Hollywood
Bowl unit to form the new retail unit. The external car park was redeveloped and extended to create a site wide car
parking facility for the new units, with new lighting, power and water supply.
