The project consisted of the demolition of the existing temporary accommodation and services and the construction of 4
blocks totalling in 16 individual units – with steel frame units, cladding to the walls and roof. Also included internal
mezzanines for future development of each of the units. Ground floor of the units include disabled toilets, showers and
lift access to the first floor. External works consisted of access road and car parking with services provided to all units.
