Works carried out in a live service yard with segregated vehicle access to form a new Build Fresh Ingredients Kitchen Extension to the existing facility and Welfare Support Block together with external works and reworking of existing drainage.

Externally a new concrete access road and swale to the perimeter of the site to allow vehicle access around the factory. Associated car parking area incorporated with in the new grounds.

Poor ground conditions required augured pile foundations with pile caps and pads to form the bases for the steel frame work.

Cladded roof and twin skin wall cladding, mezzanine deck which holds office space. Internally hygienic concrete floor slab and hygienic floor linear drain. New roller shutter doors enable access to the new production machines installed after the building construction.
